An additional option for your heating and air conditioning units is to invest in a Sigler Maintenance Agreement. Each is unique and tailored specifically to your HVAC system, your home, and your needs.

With an active Maintenance Agreement, you’ll receive regular visits from a Sigler technician to check the health of your HVAC system, and perform any necessary preventative maintenance. We recommend having your heater and air conditioner checked twice annually, but you’re free to choose how often you’d like us to come by.

Additionally, our Maintenance Agreements provide a 10% discount on parts and labor should a major repair ever be needed on your HVAC system. And, our Maintenance Agreement holders receive priority so that if your heater or air conditioner goes out, a Sigler technician will be there quickly to get you up and running.
